Dusty old bones, full of green dust.

Games: Nier Automata, Portal, and Ghost of Tsushima
Movies: Prince of Egypt, Confessions and The Prestige
Music: “Speak for Yourself” album, “Talent for Love” (Guilty pleasure), and, most musicals that I like (I love stumbling upon one I enjoy).
I’m not sure what system you’re on, but mine does do that. Not all the way down so they’re touching but it goes from a little above my thumb when at the bottom, to my thumb being around the middle of the screen with the cursor at the top of my phone display.
Edit: I think if you dig around in the settings you can change the distance. But it’s probably behind the paywall.
Downloaded and enjoyed. Thanks for the recommendation.
Root Letter. They said it was like Ace Attorney. It was not like Ace Attorney at all! 🤬
I know it’s dumb, but cellphones. They went from bricks to pretty much super computers. I’m amazed at the stuff I can do on my phone. Music, games, drawing, texting, phone, video call, camera, recorder, ebook, audio book reader, etc.
Headphones. I’m not an audiophile so I’m sure there are varying qualities, but there are so many different headphones now, almost all Bluetooth. Most are pretty good because the base standard seems higher overall. I remember getting cheap headphones and having then sound awful. Now I buy cheap headphones and it’s really not that bad. And now there noise canceling? Like magic. Hell, getting my first Bluetooth headset made me feel like I had made it (I in fact did not make it, they just became lower in price).
Video games. There are a llllooootttttt of issues with the gaming industry, but the variety, accessibility, and quality is nuts. My first console was a my grandma’s SNES. My first handheld device was a Gameboy. Not game boy color, just game boy. I’ve watched my grandma and I go from black and white / basic graphics, to being able to see the peach fuzz on someone’s face. I was playing a game and felt the rain from the vibration in my controller. I thought VR was something I might be able to see towards the end of my lifetime, not pretty much at the start of it. I also think how easy it is to connect and play with people is amazing. I can play with my friend across the country, and speak with her, and share my screen, and have her play like she was on the couch with me.

All the “middrif/glasses/office/has limbs-moe” communities. All the porn, furry, and celebrity stuff. Also Star Trek and Linux. Not because they were bad, but I felt like that was all I was ever seeing. Also the sports/team communities.
When I started school.
A friend from high school reached out to meet up because she was going to her honeymoon in Japan while I was there. I hadn’t seen her in 5 or so years because we lived across the country from each other, I didn’t even know she had gotten married in the first place. Husband was weird, but kind, and she seemed happy.
Lol, not ashes for her, of her. She was cremated when she passed and getting her ashes specifically was pricey.
In the context of an argument or when I’m clearly trying to be taken seriously? No. If I’m actually angry, what happens to you is above me.
Any other time? (◡‿◡🌸) ✨Thank you ✨
That’s the one! I say give it a try. Their episode on rabies and syphilis were pretty good imo
I think it has a rich history and culture. That being said, I’ve never been, but the news that comes from there doesn’t make me form a good opinion. I always hear about horrific sex crimes against women, or gang rapes, or murders. I’m certainly not going to say that’s all they do, but that’s the bulk of news I hear about it. I hear about the scam centers that seemed to be baked into society. I hear about the caste system, the lack of cleanliness and infrastructure, I hear about the overcrowding. Yes, I hear that they work towards better tech, but the news I hear from there has places India squarely on the “Do not visit” list.
