I saw them briefly talk about FSR4, but didn’t see any details about the GPUs.
Yeah :( Though I don’t have much hopes for the GPUs. (Still will be a nice upgrade for me, but I wish they would at least try to compete for high-end.)
31·2 months agoThank you for that explanation! I don’t think it’s TMI, this is a very real condition and I appreciate when someone with firsthand experience can share their experience with it, especially when it’s a somewhat rare occurrence.
That sounds really tough, and it must take a lot of nerve dealing with it. I wish you well, and hope it goes smoothly once the pregnancy is done!
Exactly. I’m always keeping my eye out for “small” android phones, and I’ve never seen any that I really like until the razr 2024. The previous razr smartphone models were pretty bad, in my opinion, but this one is a tiny bit more than “acceptable”. What I REALLY want is a true android flip phone kind of like the CAT S22, but with a competent battery and a screen that isn’t 20% bezel, with a standard android version. (The CAT S22 has some sort of lightweight android that causes problems for many apps.)
Thank you for sharing. That sounds tough. You talked mostly about the abdominal growth. What are the other symptoms like?
Also I’m not a doctor, but usually hormone changes (with this condition) never last longer than a few weeks post-partum so keep up hope that you’ll be back to normal after it’s over :)
No! :) In fact, I recently bought a Razr 2024 because I don’t use my phone much and I would benefit from the tiny screen and form factor. I used to use a CAT S22 for the same reason. I still need android, but I don’t need a huge screen for media.
I love that it doesn’t unlock any features, but it does prominently display in the app as “activated” or whatever. It feels like “yeah, I have paid my portion, I am now entitled to use this forever guilt-free”

81·3 months agoI just set this up yesterday, coincidentally. I have it behind a reverse proxy + subdomain so I and my wife can share notes easily wherever we are. Mainly shopping lists, projects, and other things.
The plug in “self hosted livesync” most likely. You need a couchdb server for it.
I have subscribed to a couple projects on github (the recurring payment thing) and purchased the optional immich license. I think the immich license is a great model, and more projects should do it.
51·3 months agoI agree. I dropped it recently for a non-FOSS alternative because I just can’t deal with the lack of predictive text/autocorrect
The 9950x3d was announced. It has double the cores of the 9800x3d, with an extra CCD that has 8 cores, but notably the 2nd CCD has no 3d cache. Which was known, to be fair, but still is disappointing.
