Mine does this too, she will tear up pieces of paper on the floor and leave a mess. I’ve wondered if it’s something to be concerned about

Mine likes to lick butter off buttered toast
Disruptive protest, no matter how annoying, is valid and should be protected under law. When the government moves to ban protest and dissent, they’ve crossed the line into authoritarianism.
The right to protest is a fundamental of democracy, and we should not accept any erosion of the fundamentals of democracy.
Lower city is fucked. Framedrops are awful.
No chance I ever pay for premium when third party clients have more features for free than the official app and site have when paid. An official version of sponsorblock would be a good start so I could skip through the crap in videos.
As others have said, it’s a war of attrition. There’s no end in sight. As it stands, we can only speculate on who is winning. Russia have so far failed to make any significant gains, and Ukraine have so far failed to push the Russians out.
It’s a bit like the stalemates of trench warfare in WW1. Something will have to give eventually.
I feel the same way about a lot of modern hip-hop and pop music. I really enjoy the music but I just can’t relate in any way to the bragging lyrics about having loads of money.
Feel like I’ve heard the Lamborghini Urus casually mentioned in about a dozen UK hip-hop tracks over the past 6 months…
They are hardline Marxist-Leninists, something that is very rare in the western world even amongst those who identify as leftist or socialist. If their views make you uncomfortable, then you’re not a ML, which is okay.
Left-wing politics is a very broad spectrum, and a lot of Lemmy users lean towards the more moderate end which brings them into conflict with the more radical communities that are Lemmygrad and Hexbear.
That’s all there is to it.
It’s a phenomenal game, probably the best I’ve played since Red Dead 2
When I was like 17, someone on the internet called me “pizza face” for absolutely no reason after seeing a picture of me. I had really bad acne at the time, so my face resembled a pepperoni pizza.
It’s funny now when I think about it because it was a great insult. But I have to admit they successfully offended me.
I don’t think it’s inherently bad. But if you’re a person with a tendency to become addicted to certain “vices”, then it can become problematic.
A third competitor for Android and iOS would be amazing. But not if it’s Amazon…
Unlike when I was on Reddit, I use one account for everything now.
Not sure yet, but I’ve got some money saved up! It will be a used car but I’m ok with that
I’ve been feeling a bit down lately but I’ll be buying a new car soon so that’s cheering me up a bit.
I have agoraphobia related anxiety. It causes me a great deal of stress and discomfort when I’m outdoors and away from a “safe” zone like my car or my house. I get panic attacks. You will never see me decide to go for a 30 minute walk outside.
It’s such a difficult thing to explain to people that it’s not social anxiety that keeps me from going to certain places, it’s the fact that I have to physically move away from my comfort zones.
I’m not severely agoraphobic to the point of not leaving my house. I go to work everyday and go to stores and such. But my car is always nearby.
Way too many comments for me to reply to but thanks all for the suggestions!
Bushisms were way funnier than Trumpisms IMO. Although that doesn’t blind me to how bad both were.
Lemm.ee seems pretty okay.
I don’t care much about instances though, I just use Lemmy like it’s Reddit and scroll through the home page and my subscriptions
