I generally assume that “popular thing is overrated” is generally said just to troll people. At least, I like to dog on things that are popular that I’m not in to just to get a raise out of people that can’t accept any criticism of their thing.
lmao, its really not that different here, other than there just being fewer of us.
Yeah, I don’t agree with them on much in a political sense, but I’ve never really had a problem holding a conversation or debate because I’m not being a shit. And the times that I’ve said something a bit off base, they’ve always tried to confirm if I really meant what I said or if I was misunderstood before any moderation would happen.

I see a lot of posts about people becoming depressed because they feel like they have nothing to do and therefore feel useless, but I just can’t relate. My last job pushed harder and harder to make sure we were busy at all times and the constant rush along with it never being enough for middle management to be happy was what made me depressed. I would have killed for downtime to actually breathe.
