I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole life. But my anxiety is about things that I can control. I don’t worry about climate change, or wars or pandemics or whatever, because it’s pointless worrying about things that you can do literally nothing about.

News and the media in general preys on fear. They want you to be terrified because it makes you watch the news and read the papers and their websites. They hype up anything that will scare you.
The whole COVID period proved that.
The internet being a “place” you would go to and then leave.

Amazon drivers here never even hand you the parcels anymore. They leave it on the doorstep, knock the door and then by the time you’ve gone to the door to collect it, they’re driving off.
I did once have one not even bother knocking the door and automatically leave the parcel in the bin, even though I was at home and he could have just knocked the door and handed it to me. 🤦
