To add to this, vegetable is a culinary term and not a scientific term. Whereas, fruit can be both. Tomatoes are scientifically a fruit, but generally not from a culinary perspective.

Third team is OKC they are giving 2026 LAC pick and doing a 2027 pick swap with Clippers. Not sure what OKC is getting yet.
ADHD?
That’s fine, just trying to figure out how Relay users are having much lower API calls. I guess people could just be using it less. But, the kind of people to post on the Relay subreddit seem like they’d use Reddit more.
You can see other NSFW content (at least on Relay).
Also, you can bypass the restriction by making yourself a mod of a subreddit 🤦🏾♂️
I do remember people saying that Apollo was badly optimized for API calls.
I always felt like there has been some backroom negotiations between Relay and Reddit because Relay has (allegedly) been eating the costs of the API calls. Doesn’t seem like it would be cheap for the dev to just eat that cost.
Yeah, it’s cheaper than Reddit premium so it’s kind of strange that you’d get an ad-free option for cheaper than what Reddit officially offers.
Like the Castro or Boystown?
Get ready for early adopters to be upset at you when you lower the price. There’s probably no winning with pricing.
Many of us former Reddit Sync users requested that he make the app for Lemmy, so in a sense we do have a contractor type of relationship with him. Hence why many former Sync users are comfortable paying the amount. I think a lot of people who are complaining about the price are just not the target audience for Sync.
Then buy the monthly or yearly? The lifetime is just a third option.
I picked 10 cause the price was about 10x higher.
Holy crap, all the other buttons have long press features too. This feels like discovering an Easter egg. Long press explore goes to search and inbox goes to composing a message.
The userbase of Reddit is over 10x higher.
Related to this, is there a way to see your hidden posts?
I would really love to know what ads are targeting low battery levels. Chargers and battery packs obviously. But I wonder what else being at 5% tells you about a person 😅
Only time I Reddit now is when the lemmy.world servers are down 😂
I’m hoping there is a one time and subscription option. I’m comfortable with my finances now to afford a subscription and I would like to help the devs continue to develop and improve the app. Sync for Lemmy will probably have a smaller userbase so they might need the extra bucks.
Maybe they should be illegal?
