This frees him up to go back to the Lakers
So you’re telling me there’s a chance
Bucks in 7 could really be back on the menu if Giannis or Dame comes back next game
Khris, 42 was great, but it’s time to go for 50.
I’m hoping he goes on a tear after this.
They patched that hole yesterday and moved Brook back to drop
I didn’t think the Bucks court was that bad, but the Pacers, Nuggets, and Bulls ones made my eyes bleed
But they can start working on tampering lining things up in the meantime with other teams and players, right?
But Harden seems like he actively sabotaged his trade value, is declining, wants a new bigger contract than he’s worth, and is on the last year of his contract?
What about one game day thread with post-game box score comments from a bot? That could be kind of similar to the /r/NBA next day threads.
Would Brogdon be that bad as a veteran presence and backup PG if they keep him? He has had some deep playoff runs with Milwaukee and Boston and played with some big names there. And he seems like a generally smart/educated/respected/professional guy.
He doesn’t have to be incredible, just a better backup PG than Jevon Carter, George Hill, or Lindell Wigginton.
Horford has to fall off at some point, right? RIGHT?!
Jrue cannot shoot in the playoffs. He was Bledsoe on offense.
I feel like the 65 game minimum for award eligibility was a solid start and they should have just let that play out a bit to see if it makes a difference. I get where they’re coming from with these ideas and would obviously rather watch stars play, especially when I pay to go to games, but this just feels weirdly complicated and annoying for everybody involved.
Does he have anything left in the tank? 11 games played last season after the ACL/LCL tear… idk. Low risk deal for the Sixers, but I feel like it doesn’t really move the needle at this point.
My tinfoil hat theory is that this is their public line so they don’t piss off Jaylen Brown, but they’re still down.
Is it Dame bullying them in this case by saying he only wants to play for the Heat and dropping his own trade value?
Award voters affecting salaries is still weird, but this works out for the Sixers. There’ll be a lot of guys around the league giving way less bang for the buck.
