Not sure about that site specifically, but others that’s done it to me was easy to get around. Most of them are thwarted with basically double clicking the back button.

Two physical drives. Install windows first in one, then Linux on the other. If you don’t do this order windows boot manager will take over and you’ll have to boot Linux from bios.
The cheap dollar store stuff is basically just sugar wax. The better kind actually has flavor, isn’t chewy etc

In order of the amount of time I have. Obviously I prefer making my own from scratch.
When I was a teen, idk 15 or so, was just walking back to my house from the non-fenced backyard. Noticed my shoe was untied, noticed an old steel dolly nearby. Dolly was laying upside down, tongue up …so I had the great idea to use the extra height of the dolly so I wouldn’t have to bend down all the way…well I learned about levers that day …the top handle came screaming for the top of my head and then I just seen stars while on my but.
Make sure smart is enabled in the bios. Too often I see it flipped off by default.
I’d wager something like Mandriva being an option too. Fedora was meh at best at that time. Or even Suse.
Wireguard has effectively zero impact on my setup.
